I thought the dish in the first photo looked so beautiful and appealing until I later found out it is dog liver with veggies which is disgusting until I saw the goat livers for dinner in the next photo. Paul stuck with something he felt safe with: fresh carved pineapple on a stick... now that was a wise choice!
